Leave the Arizona desert behind when you walk into the largest indoor butterfly pavilion in the USA. Thousands of floaty butterflies from all over the world abound in the conservatory which has rainforest temperatures, flowing waterfalls, lush tropical plants and a large Koi pond. Visitors also can see the emergence gallery where the little creatures are in various states of life- many of which are in metamorphosis. The center also has freshwater aquariums with exotic fish and a honey bee colony. Butterfly Wonderland hosts “Yoga in the Rainforest” twice a month- so you can connect with your inner being with a beautiful rainforest around you.
